These 2½-inch adjustable farm gate hinges are designed for round pipe posts with a maximum outside diameter of 2½ inches.
O.D. means outside diameter. Always measure the outside diameter of your gate post before ordering.
EZ Hinge measurements represent the maximum allowable outside diameter, not the minimum post size.
