Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us.

EZ Hinge offers refunds, and  at our discretion, on purchases returned in ‘new’ and ‘sale-able’ condition within 15 days of purchase. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from EZ Hinge to return the product. You will waive your right if you do not receive prior approval for product return.

Exchanges:  Must be done within  30 days of purchase and buyer is responsible for shipping cost and is none refundable.  Product must be in “new” and “sale-able” condition.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Customer pays return shipping.
